In this 100 Days Confidence Program, you will enter into an agreement between Bgreen Forever Sdn Bhd and Customer referred as “You” who will be legally bound and agree to the terms and conditions set. The purpose of this Agreement is to establish the rights and responsibilities of Bgreen Forever Sdn Bhd and secure your privacy and consumer rights for the Bgreen Sport Furniture referred herein as “Products”.
*** Shipping & Delivery ***
- We offer door to door delivery.Delivery will be arranged in 3 to 7 working days within West Malaysia provided that we receive
full delivery information from you. Delivery is subject to pre-arrangement by Bgreen Forever
Sdn Bhd subject to stock availability. Any special delivery arrangement is subject to approvalmand extra charges incurred will be borne by you.
- Delivery service is free within Peninsular Malaysia. Any additional costs incurred by Bgreen Forever Sdn Bhd such as and not limited to on-demand delivery or return pick-up requests on a specific time and date will be charged to the customer, in the case of a return, the charges incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Our delivery is by a third-party delivery partner through an arm’s length agreement. Upon purchasing Bgreen product, you give consent to the acceptance of product delivery.
- The delivery date will be scheduled based on case-to-case basis with a minimum of 5 days of advance notice. Delivery time is subject to our third-party delivery partner schedule.
- The delivery lead time may be longer during peak sales seasons such as and not limited to Hari Raya, Christmas, Chinese New Year, and more due to the high demand received by our third party delivery partner. We will try our best to deliver within our stipulated delivery time frame.
*** Warranty ***
- Your New Bgreen Sport Furniture is covered by a 2-year limited warranty on Main Machine; 1-year limited warranty on remote control and adapter.
- The Warranty shall commence from the purchase date.
- The customer shall not be eligible for the warranty until the product is registered with full customer details during the date of purchase and received by Bgreen Forever Sdn Bhd.
- The following indicative list of circumstances shall NOT be covered by the Warranty: -
- The Product is damaged due to transportation, fall, weather, shock, improper use, mishandling or negligence after the purchase of the Product.
- The Product is damaged as a result of natural disaster or act of God, e.g. fire, flood, lightning.
- The Product is damaged as a result of connection to irregular voltage sources.
- The Customer fails to provide the sales receipt or purchase invoice as a proof of purchase.
- Damage caused by misuse, overloading or improper handling of the product or not used in accordance with instructions.
- Usage other than normal domestic use.
- Any modification made by the purchaser or any repairs other than by an authorised agent.
- The wooden surface (uFit R1), all leather (uChair), mats and batteries, cover and machine base etc. are NOT under warranty.
- Products whose rating label/model number/serial number has been removed or defaced.
- Bgreen Forever Sdn Bhd decisions on all matters relating to Warranty including the decisions in determining the eligibility will be final, conclusive and binding and no further correspondence or attempts to appeal, review or dispute of such decisions will not be entertained.
- All products under warranty, customer shall send back to Bgreen service center at their own cost. In any cases, if customer need a special arrangement on pick-up, charges will be quote according to the pickup location and borne by customer.
*** Return Policy ***
To qualify for Return, the following terms and conditions are to be comply with:
- The total cost of Product must be fully paid off.
- The Product can only be returned after a minimum of 45 days from the date of purchase. This is because it takes 3 to 4 weeks for your body to see improvement, as such, we require you to try the Bgreen Sport Furniture for a minimum of 45 days before submitting the request for return.
- Only Product acquired from Bgreen Forever Sdn Bhd in Malaysia can be returned.
- You are not entitled for refund after 101 days of trial from date of delivery.
- Bgreen Forever Sdn Bhd will not be obliged to issue a return or refund if the returned product is damaged or stained. The returned product must be in good and condition, even though it will not be resold.
*** Refund Policy Process ***
Within 100 days of purchase, if you are not completely satisfied with your Bgreen Sport Furniture, kindly let us know by emailing to email@example.com and we will arrange for pick up. Once we have assessed the product to our satisfaction, we will process the refund after deducting the Delivery Charges and Handling Fees.
The Delivery Charges and Handling Fees are as follows:
RM 1,000 for uFit (R1)
RM 3,500 for uChair (BR1)
- Kindly email to us by providing relevant information and state the reasons for return. To complete your return request, we require the receipt or proof of purchase, clear image of the Product condition and your available pickup time.
- The machine must be wrapped up securely using its original plastic in its original box in order to avoid the product from getting dirty or damaged during transportation. Failing to do so, Bgreen Forever Sdn Bhd will charge additional fee for cleaning and repairs purposes, which
will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Pick up address must be the same as delivery address and return is only valid in area where Bgreen Forever Sdn Bhd sell and deliver.
- Please allow 3 to 5 working days for the entire communication process of our confirmation for your refund to take place.
- The refund will be paid to the bank account associated with your card or to the bank account you used to purchase your Bgreen Product.
- If you are not reachable or do not respond to our attempts to contact you with regards to your return request after the 100 days trial period, you will no longer be eligible for the return.
- The 100 days trial is limited to one machine per household and cannot be used to exchange for another model. You are not eligible for the return if you have ordered the wrong model, type, specification, upgrade or downgrade your Bgreen Sport Furniture.
- Any subsequent product you purchase from Bgreen Forever Sdn Bhd will not be eligible for the 100 days trial period (e.g. if you buy a uFit, you will not be eligible to apply the trial period on future uFit, Chair or uBed). This applies to all new orders from the same customer. Customers will be identified by customer name, delivery address, phone number, email address, or by any other means.
- If we have grounds to believe that you are returning the machine for reasons other than because you're genuinely dissatisfied with the product, we reserve the right to refuse to accept the return, process your refund and reserve the right of refusal to sell our products to you in the future.
This agreement is only valid upon signing by both Parties, stamped by Bgreen Forever Sdn Bhd and return the agreement to Bgreen Forever Sdn Bhd, otherwise all above Terms and Conditions will not be in effect.
