The Purpose Of this agreement is to establish a business relationship between Bgreen Forever Sdn Bhd and Member(s), we referred to "You" Intending to be legally bound the parties agree to all of the terms and conditions.

The purpose of this Term & Condition is to establish the rights and responsibilities of the Bgreen Forever Sdn Bhd & your privacy and consumer rights for the Bgreen Forever Membership Program. The following rules and regulations shall be applicable to all Members.

 

*** Privacy Policy***

 

By sign up our membership Program, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. You also warranty that all data provided is accurate and up-to-date. Please note that is your responsibility to maintain and promptly update any account information for accuracy and completeness.

 

*** Registration***

 

  1. To purchase and register of a Bgreen Membership, member is required to understand & agree to all terms and conditions at the point of purchase and register.
  2. Each customer shall only register once and thru Bgreen website to become a Member of Bgreen.
  3. Upon registration, Member(s) are required to provide their name, NRIC/ Passport No, email address, contact number, mail address to completer the registration.
  4. Upon successful registration, the Member is deemed to have understood and accepted all the terms and conditions for the Membership and hereby consent the processing of personal information by Bgreen Forever. This information which includes, but are not limited to, purchase records, redemption, postal address, email address, mobile number and may be used to send out information, notification and offers.
  5. Members are required to fill in all fields in an accurate and reflective manner. Bgreen Forever reserves the rights to terminate any account that may be falsely represented.

 

*** Term and Conditions***

 

  1. BgreenCare+ Membership Program is NOT a point accumulation program. It is a privilege program which allows the Bgreen Members to enjoy members’ privileges at the Participating Merchants.
  2. Bgreen Membership are non-transferable and non-assignable and for the exclusive use of the Bgreen Members only.
  3. Member has the right to cancel its Membership by notifying Bgreen Forever Sdn Bhd in Writing. Bgreen Forever shall not refund any dues for cancelled Memberships.
  4. Bgreen Forever reserves the rights to terminate accounts in the event of any inappropriate or misuse of the Membership program or accounts.

*** Miscellaneous ***

 

  1. If any stipulation of the Membership and/or these Terms and Conditions is invalid, the remaining stipulations of the Membership and/or these Terms and Conditions shall remain in effect. Parties shall agree on a new stipulation that is as close as possible to the intent of parties while being legally valid.
  2. Member is not entitled to transfer its rights and obligations arising from the Membership or these Terms and Conditions to a third party.

 

*** Liability ***

 

  1.  Bgreen Forever shall not be liable to any Member for any loss, damages or expenses of any kind whatsoever arising out of or in connection with the Membership, or its benefits, including but not limited to the use of personal data, mistakes or fraud by any person in redeeming a benefit.
  2. Bgreen Forever Sdn Bhd reserves the right to withdraw, substitute, revise, suspend and/or terminate the Membership Programme or any of the benefits under the Programme at any time without prior notice and without assigning any reasons. In such a case, Bgreen shall not be liable to compensate the Bgreen Members for any claims, losses, damages and liabilities whatsoever and howsoever.
  3. Bgreen Forever Sdn Bhd reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time.
  4. Should there be any discrepancy between the English and the Chinese versions of these terms & conditions, the English version shall prevail.
