Vibration vs High Blood Sugar (Hyperglycemia)

It helps to promote insulin secretion without causing pancreatic burden can increase the sensitivity of insulin, thereby improving the condition of hyperglycemia. Whole Body Vertical Vibration(WBVV) can increase the amount of muscle, improve the basic metabolism, accelerate calorie burn, reduce the accumulation of glucose in the blood, and thus achieve blood glucose control.

Whole Body Vertical Vibration(WBVV) can also promote the secretion of the following two hormones to help lower blood sugar:

  • Osteocalcin: Besides strengthening the formation of new bone, osteocalcin can also maintain blood sugar balance. When osteocalcin is secreted, it can stimulate the pancreas to secrete insulin, strengthening the use of peripheral blood glucose and increasing insulin sensitivity and reduce visceral fat levels.
  • Adiponectin: Adiponectin is involved in maintaining glucose and lipid metabolism in the body. The concentration of adiponectin in people with type-2 diabetes and obesity is generally low, and the concentration of lean human adiponectin is mostly high. Increasing the production of adiponectin can increase glucose metabolism, inhibit the synthesis of glucose in the liver, increase the sensitivity of insulin, and reduce glycated haemoglobin.

Whole Body Vertical Vibration(WBVV) can also promote the secretion of nitric oxide by vascular endothelial cells. Type-2 diabetes is usually caused by chronic inflammation of pancreatic cells leading to functional decline. Vibration promotes Qi and blood circulation. After peripheral blood vessels dilate and blood flow accelerates, it stimulates vascular endothelial cells to secrete nitricoxide (NO). NO can reduce CRP (Inflammatory response protein), which promotes the tissue repair ability of the whole body including islet cells, relieves the inflammation of islet cells, and promotes the function of islet cells to return to normal function.

In addition, Whole Body Vertical Vibration(WBVV)can also relieve peripheral neuropathy caused by chronic diabetes, including pain, burning sensation and abnormal nerve sensations such as paralysis and itching. Vertical vibration can also accelerate the blood circulation of diabetic patients, prevent or improve the necrosis of the hands and feet.
