Bgreen reserves the right to modify this Website, and the rules and regulations governing its use, at any time. Modifications will be posted on the Web Site, and users are deemed to be apprised of and bound by any changes to the Web Site. Bgreen may make changes in the products and/or services described in this Web Site at any time.
PRICING
Prices stated on this site are in RM (Ringgit Malaysia). Shipping charges, import duties and taxes are not included. Products shown are for illustration purpose only. Bgreen reserves the right to change the prices without prior notice.
PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS
Promotion codes are redeemed at the end of the ordering process on view cart page. Simply enter your promotion or voucher code, and when you’re finished, move on to the checkout section. Your promotional discount will be factored into your order and will be reflected in your order summary.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Bgreen attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, current or error-free. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall issue a credit to your account in the amount of the charge. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it as described in our Return policy.
Please note that size of pictures is not according to proportion and colour may differ due to individual monitor’s resolution.
PAYMENTS
On bgreen.my we accept payment through iPay88 Payment Gateway.
SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery of the goods shall be made to the address specified by the Member in its order. If the product purchased by you is available, it will be shipped to you upon receipt of payment. Delivery takes at least 21 Working Days Delivery to selected courier service.
Once your purchase has been shipped out, you will receive an email confirmation of when your order was shipped. You can track your order online 24hours / 7 days via www.gdexpress.com or www.tracking.my/parcelhub.
All goods shipped are insured against loss and damage whilst they are in transit. Goods returned to us by the buyer will travel at the buyer’s risk and expense. If the buyer refuses acceptance of delivery or of a part thereof, he has to bear all expenses caused by or arising out of this.

SELF-PICKUP
Self-pickup is only available for shipments within Malaysia. Once your order is ready, our representatives will contact you through the email address or phone number specified in your order. Orders must be picked up between 11:00am – 6:00pm, Monday – Sunday (exclude public holiday) from:

ORDER CANCELLATION
If you want to cancel or change your order for any reason, please contact us immediately at crm@bgreen.my. Please quote your order number. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request. However, we cannot change or cancel an order once it is in the shipping process. If your order cannot be cancelled and you are not satisfied with it, simply return it to Bgreen according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Bgreen reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Once purchased, good are not to be refundable, returned, transferred or exchanged. You may only return your order due to any of the following reasons:

For any cases of dented or defects of the product, customers should inform Bgreen customer service within 48 hours from receiving date or else void exchange. In the event a Merchant ceases trading during the validity period, you may offered an alternative of equal value, or may request a refund by writing to crm@bgreen.my. Before return product/products to us, please call +603-8080 8306 to let our customer service team assist you. Returned item must be shipped back to us within seven(7) calendar days from the day you received item. The goods must be in new condition and returned in the original packaging along with all accessories (including manuals), proof of purchase (order number, buying invoice or etc. relevant information) and free gifts received with it (if included)
Goods returned to us by the buyer will travel at the buyer’s risk and expense. Refund can only be made to the credit or debit card used to purchase the products. No refund is available after the expiry date.

PRODUCTS WARRANTY
Bgreen warrants this bgreen brand product to be free from manufacturing defect or heat retention two year from date of purchase. Spare parts are to be free from manufacturing defect one year from the date of purchase. We will, at our option, replace any product component part or new unit that fails to conform to this warranty. Bgreen warranty do not allow the exclusion of INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, so the preceding exclusion may not apply to you.
This is a factory guarantee. DO not return this product to the retailer. Send defective product directly to:

INDEMNITY
Bgreen shall have no liability to the Customer for any loss or damage of nature arising from any breach of any express or implied warranty or condition of these Terms and Conditions or any negligence, breach of statutory or other duty on the part of Bgreen or in any way out of or in connection with the performance or purported performance of or failure to perform these Terms and Conditions.
The customer shall discharge all claims made by any person in respect of any liability suffered as a result of the use of this service and compensate Bgreen in full on demand for all losses and expenses incurred by Bgreen in respect of them.
PROTECTION OF COPYRIGHTS
Our designs, samples, models, photos, etc are our property. Even if no specific protection of copyright exists, the buyer is not authorized to copy or imitate in any way our designs. In case he does so, he will be liable to make good all or any damage caused to us by his action.
